Littlefield Gallery, Winter Harbor, Maine, has received the Down East Magazine's Readers' Choice Award for Best Gallery in Maine for the second consecutive year. Owners Kelly and Jane Littlefield attribute the recognition to the people who visit the gallery year-after-year and to the talented Maine artists whose work engages first-time visitors, as well as those who know the work and want to see more. These artists are the ones who create the happiness, joy, and beauty that is everlasting.
`Kelly and Jane Littlefield have created a fantastic collection of artwork from an array of artists! Each unique to their own craft and technique, all pieces intriguing, beautiful and different from the next! The gallery extends from the side gallery into their own home, where they are both quite knowledgeable and excited to talk about the artists they represent! Your gallery knocks my socks off! At first thought it was because I was in happy place (Maine ) with good people and good art…..but it is more than that..
Your artists are consistently the best. Also— Mark/ Hugh— and the other sculptors you represent….I think will be huge as we head into the future. EDGE Maine Seacoast Mission

In Art Blender, part of our EdGE program, students visited Philip Barter's studio. He showed and explained his sketches and their locations. Students drew the Narraguagus River. They participated in foam and gelatin printmaking with Olivia.
