Rose Edwards is an artist, writer, marine scientist, sailor, teacher, and cook based in Maine/Dawnland. Whether she's skippering a ship or teaching kids about snails, she is always inspired by the natural beauty around her and enjoys celebrating it in her painting practice. She completed a Professional Science Master's degree in Marine Science at the University of Maine and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Ecology at College of the Atlantic. For fun, she hikes, reads, swims in frigid water, and dances.
